What our pricing suggestions are
When you generate a listing, OneFold analyses what it can infer from your product photo and details, then proposes an estimated range, a recommended price, and a confidence level. The estimate is informed by signals such as:
- The product category and how the item is typically positioned in the market
- Perceived material and build quality visible in your photo
- General patterns for comparable products
- Common retail and compare-at conventions
What they are not
- They are not a guarantee of sales, revenue, margin, or profit.
- They do not account for your costs, supplier terms, shipping, taxes, duties, fees, promotions, or local market conditions.
- They are not a substitute for your own research or professional advice.
Your pricing is your decision
You are solely responsible for the prices you set and publish to your store. Before listing a product, please review the suggestion against your actual costs, competitors, and business goals, and adjust it. Every price field in OneFold is fully editable.
Confidence levels
Each estimate includes a confidence indicator (high, medium, or low) reflecting how identifiable the product was. Lower confidence means you should rely more heavily on your own judgement. Treat every suggestion, at any confidence level, as a prompt to think, not an instruction to follow.
