Give OneFold one product photo, straight off an iPhone, HEIC included, and it writes the whole listing: title, description, SEO, tags, structured fields, a suggested price band. Then it does the part the photo-to-listing tools skip: it checks its own work, scores it, flags what only you can know, and refuses to publish what a marketplace would reject.
Free plan · no card · drafts only until you approve it
Whether you photograph one product or import fifty thousand, every listing lands in the same editor, gets the same score, and faces the same checks.
One shot from your phone. The AI reads the product, writes every field, and lists the facts it cannot see: size, materials, what's in the box, instead of inventing them. Bulk listings take up to 100 per batch, and your photo becomes marketplace imagery: 26 photo styles, 7 marketplace crops.
Already have a store? Connect Shopify or WooCommerce and OneFold pulls in every product to audit a catalogue worst-first. Fix one field at a time or fix everything at once, push your edits back with one click, and watch whole ranges in bulk, reschedule or stop all of it in one action. Nothing changes in your shop until you approve it.
A supplier spreadsheet or ERP export. CSV or XLSX, any language, up to 100,000 rows. Column mapping is suggested, duplicates are skipped by SKU, and every skipped row is named. Built for distributors.
Every listing gets a Visibility score: deterministic, recomputed on every edit, never a vibe. An Originality check measures how much of the copy is yours and how much is the supplier boilerplate every other store also pasted, and rewrites it in your own words on request. And the fields only a human can know stay honestly blank, listed as questions, instead of being invented.
See every checkOne photo is read into material, colour, dimensions, category and use case, the raw facts every marketplace field depends on.
A recommended retail range with a confidence level and the reasoning behind it, so you decide the final price, never a fake-precise number.
Clean on-white and lifestyle scenes built from your own product photo, so the product identity is always preserved.
Title, meta description, alt text, tags and structured metafields, written within the length limits marketplaces expect.
Publish to your connected Shopify and WooCommerce stores as a draft, with a full log of what went where. More channels are on the roadmap.
Every field the AI writes is yours to edit, regenerate, duplicate or download before anything reaches your store.
Three checks out of 100: whether Google can rank the listing, whether a voice assistant will read it out, and whether ChatGPT will cite it when someone asks for a recommendation. Arithmetic, not an AI opinion, so the same listing always scores the same.
Checks the listing against Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Shopify rules and against EU product-safety law before you publish, so a rejection is something you fix in 30 seconds rather than discover a week later. We cannot publish to Amazon, Etsy or eBay for you, so those versions are written for you to paste in by hand.
The reason dropshipped listings do not rank is that ten thousand stores publish the same supplier paragraph. This measures how much of your copy is text you share with competitors, points at the sentences to replace, and rewrites them using only facts your listing already has.
Clean white for Amazon, ghost mannequin, held-in-hand for scale, what's-in-the-box, lifestyle scenes, all built from your own photo, then cropped to the seven shapes each channel expects. Not “clean photos”: a specific shot for a specific slot.
Drop in a whole shipment. Every photo becomes a full listing: title, description, specifications, keywords, price range, with a per-photo hint where a product needs one. Each item is scored, repaired and approved individually, and one failure never stops the rest. Marketplace images are generated per listing afterwards, when you choose the styles you want.
A photo does not show weight, warranty or what is in the box. Instead of inventing them, OneFold lists the handful of facts only you know and leaves the fields open until you fill them in.
Upload a .csv or .xlsx: a supplier file, an ERP export, a price list, up to 100,000 rows. OneFold recognises the usual column spellings in several languages, shows you its guesses next to your real data, and keeps the columns it does not recognise untouched with the product. It moves your values; it never invents the gaps, and the score tells you exactly what is still missing.
Supplier files get re-sent whenever a price changes. OneFold skips any row whose SKU you already have and names the ones it skipped, so a corrected file does not leave you with two of everything: the duplicate nobody notices until both are published and competing for the same search term.
Connect Shopify or WooCommerce and OneFold pulls in every product, scores each one, and sorts them by what is costing you the most: publish-blockers first, then copy you share with competitors, then low scores, then products with no images. You start at the top of a list instead of guessing.
Every field on an imported product is editable, and each has its own repair button. Fix-all works through them in order, saving each one as it goes, so a slow run still leaves you the fields it finished. Nothing reaches your store until you press Push.
Title, description, meta title, meta description, tags, vendor and product type go back to the product they came from. On Shopify. WooCommerce takes the title, description and tags. You approve every change; OneFold never writes to your store on its own, and on a product already in your store it never touches price, stock, variants, orders or customers.
Put a listing under watch and OneFold re-checks it daily, weekly or monthly and raises an alert when its score drops or its copy starts matching competitors again. Select your whole catalogue and start, reschedule or stop all of it at once -- watching 800 products is one click, not 800.
CSV and Excel, and PDF price lists too -- the kind with a header reprinted on every page and section titles between the products. OneFold reads the table, shows you what it found, and tells you which rows it skipped and why, with the row number you will find in your own file. If it is a scan it says so rather than guessing at your prices from a photograph.
Supplier files list the same product once per size, and most tools turn that into eight products or skip seven of them as duplicates. Tell OneFold which column says what makes each row different and it builds one product with its sizes underneath -- each keeping its own price, SKU, barcode and stock. They publish to Shopify and WooCommerce as real options a buyer can choose between.
Search engines and AI assistants do not read your product page the way a shopper does; they look for structured data. OneFold builds schema.org Product and FAQ markup from the listing -- brand, barcode, price per size, and the answers to the questions it wrote -- and stores it with the product when you publish. It states no rating and no review, because OneFold has none and inventing them is fraud that lands on your shop.
Before anything reaches a store, the Marketplace pre-flight runs the rules Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Shopify actually reject on, plus the EU's GPSR product-safety duties, filled in once, applied to every listing. Restricted goods are refused outright, with no “publish anyway” box: a prescription medicine is not a matter of opinion. Everything else you can override, because you know your product better than a rule table does. We check those rules even where we cannot publish for you: the Amazon, Etsy and eBay versions are yours to paste in by hand.
Put a listing under monitoring and OneFold re-reads it on your plan's cadence, the copy as it is live in your store, not our own notes. A theme app rewrote the meta description? A VA shortened the title? The score drops, the check names the field, and you find out from us instead of from your sales curve. Bulk-watch a whole batch in one action.
You have a product shot and nothing else. OneFold reads the photo, writes every field, and tells you the handful of facts it cannot see rather than inventing them.
Connect Shopify or WooCommerce and OneFold pulls your catalogue in, scores every product, and ranks them by what is actually costing you. Nothing changes in your store until you approve it.
Every plan runs the same intelligence: the same score, the same checks, the same gates. Plans scale the volume, never the honesty.
Products is how many items your account can hold, imported or created; scoring and checking them is free. AI listings is how many new listings the AI writes for you each month from a photo. Importing a file uses products, never AI listings.
Suggested prices are AI estimates to review, not market data · pricing disclaimer
Most tools in this category describe what they are going to be. This is what OneFold does today, what it does not do yet, and what it will not do at all, so you can judge it on the real thing rather than the brochure.
OneFold is an AI listing engine for ecommerce sellers. You give it a product photo, a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store, or a supplier file, and it writes the complete listing, scores it, checks its originality against supplier boilerplate, runs the marketplace pre-flight and EU GPSR safety duties, refuses restricted goods, publishes drafts you approve, and keeps monitoring the live listing for drift after launch.

No, and you should be careful of any tool that says it can. Buying or automating external backlinks is against Google's spam policies, and the penalty lands on YOUR shop, not on the tool that sold them to you. What OneFold does instead is the legitimate half: the cross-sell, upsell and bundle suggestions it writes are matched against products you already sell, so you can link your own catalogue together. Where nothing matches, it says nothing rather than inventing a connection.
Yes. It builds schema.org Product and FAQPage markup from the listing -- brand, barcode, price per size, specifications, and the questions and answers it wrote -- and shows it as a block you can paste into your theme. It is also stored on the product when you publish, though be clear about what that means: a metafield is storage, not output. Nothing reads it until your theme prints it onto the page. Two warnings are on the panel itself: most themes already publish a Product block, and two blocks describing one product is worse than none; and since 2023 Google shows FAQ rich results only for government and health sites, so this is for AI assistants and other engines rather than for stars under your Google listing.
OneFold already writes an Amazon, Etsy and eBay version of every listing: correct title lengths, tag limits, item specifics, banned wording, and checks each against that marketplace's rules. What it does not do is send them for you; you paste them in. Direct publishing is not a coding problem, it is an approval problem: Amazon requires SP-API developer approval, eBay and Etsy require app review, and each takes months and can be refused. We would rather tell you that than put a date on a page. Shopify and WooCommerce are finished today because neither gatekeeps.
Two different things, so they are worth separating. On a product ALREADY in your store, only the fields you approve: on Shopify title, description, meta title, meta description, tags, vendor and product type; on WooCommerce title, description and tags. There it never touches price, inventory, variants, orders or customers, and it never deletes anything. A product OneFold publishes for the FIRST time has to arrive complete, so it carries the price, SKU, barcode and any options and SKUs you entered. Both publish as drafts, and nothing is written until you press Push.
OneFold writes against a product-specific brief extracted from your photo: material, use case, size and category conventions. It also scores every listing for how distinguishable it is from generic supplier copy, and flags text that reads like everyone else's so you can rewrite it before publishing.
Not a thing. Every listing ships with a keyword-mapped title under 60 characters, a 150 to 160 character meta description, structured metafields and category-correct tags. You can override any field before publishing.
It is a suggestion, not a market quote. The AI reads the product class from your photo and proposes a retail range, a recommended price inside it, a compare-at anchor and a confidence level, with its reasoning shown. It does not query live marketplace prices and it does not know your costs, so the final price is always your decision.
Your upload stays yours. OneFold can remove the background, place the product on clean white, and generate lifestyle scenes, all derived from your actual photo, never a stock substitute.
Two ways. Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store and OneFold pulls your existing products in. Or upload a product file: a supplier spreadsheet, an ERP export, a price list: as .csv or .xlsx, up to 100,000 rows. You confirm which column is which (we guess the usual spellings in several languages), unrecognised columns are kept untouched with the product, and nothing is invented: a row with no description imports with no description, and the score tells you so. Importing costs none of your AI allowance.
Publishing runs a pre-flight check against the rules for each connected channel, plus EU product-safety requirements. Anything that would be rejected is shown inline before you publish, with a one-click fix for everything a machine can repair on its own.
